Robert Wilson
Managing Director, Poinciana Luxe Car Leasing Inc.
Robert Wilson is the Managing Director and a co-founder of Poinciana Luxe Car Leasing Inc., where he leads the company’s strategic growth and day-to-day operations. With over 15 years of professional experience across North America and the Caribbean, Robert brings a people-first approach to delivering premium, concierge-style luxury ground transportation services in Barbados.
His career spans top-tier organizations including McKinsey & Company, TD Bank, and other respected institutions, where he held roles in client activation and operational development, and management within the retail banking industry. He has built a strong reputation for operational and service excellence, process innovation, and handling high-value client relationships.
Outside of the business, in addition to being an avid road tripper, digital storyteller and gardener, Robert is an active community leader with a deep commitment to Caribbean culture, youth development, and entrepreneurship. His philanthropic efforts are rooted in creating opportunities, building community, and fostering meaningful connections across the diaspora.
With Poinciana Luxe, Robert’s vision is to create elevated guest experiences that are defined not just by service, but by feeling “Where Elegance Meets Tranquility.” Through thoughtful design, warm hospitality, and intentional moments of care, he aims to redefine what luxury transportation feels like in Barbados.
